The reflection task 1a

My name is Cameron. I was married but I am  widow now and I have two children. I still remember the days when I met my wife. It was amazing and my love is getting more and more for her. I love to do anything which my wife and children want because their happiness is my happiness as well. We do cook something, sing songs, play games and go to picnic to enjoy together. Actually I do not have much time as I am business man but after leaving work, I like to spend time with my family. Beside enjoying and spending time with my family, I like to parachute when I get free time. Although it is dangerous, it makes me feel free. In addition to parachute, underwater rugby is my favorite sport as well. It is a sport whose two teams seeking to gain control of a ball and pass it into a heavy metal bucket serving as the opponents’ goal at the bottom of swimming pool. It was 3 years ago that I came to know about it. I tried and liked it so I decided to go on this activity. At first it was a hobby but later I became experienced and I joined some competition. I won a lot of important prize in this field. My wife’s support made me more courageous while I was trying it. I am grateful for having such a lovely wife and children. Unfortunately I lost my wife few months ago. I want to meet someone who is interested in children and who can handle the situation I am in now. Life is too strange for me at this point because of losing the most important person in my life but I know I should go on for the sake of my children. I am waiting for the ones who are interested.

                 My Lost Love

You  were the most blazing sight of my life

Objecting to your dizzy beauty was impossible

Unexpected things you brought to my life

And made it all the more enjoyable

Remembering your childish behaviours made me joyful

Everything and every moment wıth you got meaningful

Being with you was lıke feeling eternal

Especially that night, when the crazy rainfall

Astounded us with its romantic call 

Under such excitement we ran toward it 

Together we made memories in it

I still cherish those moments when we were one

Fully smiling and rejoicing over them under the sun

Unfortunately life had to take you away

Like a demon leading an angel astray

1) Thanks to a good diet, Sandra is always healthy.

 Our beagle loves to hunt. When someone opens the back door for,  she barrels down porch steps into the yard,  runs back and forth across the lawn in ecstasy.  Her nose cruises the wet grass for smells.  These are smells of cats, rabbits, and other presences too subtle for human detection.  She sniffs and spins her tail in quick circles.First it spins clockwise; and then counterclockwise.    These two activities always occur together.  They are sniffing and spinning.  They seem to propel her along.

5.26 Editing Activity

1) Because Grace is a vegetarian , she must pay special attention to the amount of protein in the food she eats .That's why she eats a lot of beans and eggs.

2)When Grace first became a vegeterian , she missed eating meat. She had always liked the food she eats but now she eats beans and eggs.

3)When Grace first became a vegeterian , she missed eating meat because  she had always liked te taste of ıt. Since she has grown to appreciate the pure taste of meatless cuisine , she can not imagine eating meat . Meat tastes very strange to her so she is happy to be a vegeterian.

4)Sometimes it is very diffucult to eat out in restaurants due to the limited meatless choices on menus, but that is changing now with the increase in vegeterian restaurants.

5)Grace is opposed to the killing of animals. She is not only vegeterian but also very disturbed by the use of animal fur for clothing.

6)As she does not eat meat anymore , she feels better, healtier and more human.

7)Being a vegeterian and feeling that she is doing her share to protect animals, Grace becomes irritated when people question her motives for being a vegeterian.Although she tries to be patient with such people and make them understand the value of saving animals, often people do not understand.

Story

He is Şemsettin. When he was born, his mother had already died. He has never known about his mother. He did not have any money to get by so he decided to leave country. After having many difficulties he got used to living in Turkey. One day  while he was walking along the street , he saw a beautiful women.He fell in love at first sight.He followed her and learnt  that the women was living in ODTU.To see the beautiful women more frequently , he decided to move to ODTU.A couple of days later , they met in Çatı. She loves him too.Since that day  , they had met everyday and this made their reltionship more powerful.Şemsettin believed that he found the women of his life.After having bought a ring for marriage , he called her to meet somewhere.While Şemsettin was waiting for her, he saw the Pakize coming towards him exicetedly.At that moment the red Ring which is going to preparition school crushed her suddenly and she died. Having seen her dying in front of his eyes , he was shocked. Since that day , Şemsettin has never miaowed. As you can see in this picture , he is miserable anymore..
